INVITATION AND REGISTRATION

If you received an invitation code to register with Complī, you can use that link. If you do not know your invitation code, contact Complī at: support@abiscompli.com.

 

Your client wants to verify that everyone going on-site is meeting the same standards. This protects your company, as you can rest assured everyone is meeting the same company standards and no one is undercutting your bids by cutting corners.

When you submit the necessary documents directly to Complī , you will know whether you have met the specified requirements. Your Complī Vendor Compliance Team will help during this process so nothing is overlooked. Furthermore, Complī will proactively reach out to you for updated documents as deadlines approach. This helps to protect you from lost work or lapsed insurance policies.

Yes! Complī was designed to eliminate repetitive connection fees with multiple clients.

Throughout the year, COMPLĪ will notify you in advance of any expirations and will ask you to resubmit documentation to remain certified as “Compliant.”

After successful payment and registering of your account, you will receive a welcome email within the following business day to enter the platform and begin. Your default profile will require you fill out information about your company and submit any requested documentation. Once your default profile is complete, our team will go to work and review your information. Once the default profile is approved you will be notified so you can then connect to the various clients in Complī’s network. When you connect to a client, your existing profile information will be compared against the requirements for that specific client. If there is anything missing, your profile will show what additional information is needed.

Your client wants assurance that their vendors are performing services safely and compliant with industry standards. To simplify this process, your client is working with Complī instead of having internal staff review the information you provide; by working with us, we work to ensure the correct documentation was received and meets your client’s standards. Should an accident occur, such as property damage, injury, or death, every company knows that the correct due diligence was taken to verify insurance and safety qualifications prior to start of services.

Your clients want to hire companies that meet their standards, are qualified to perform the work with the least amount of risk to their business. Complī helps you show the client you meet their requirements. Being verified in Complī won’t guarantee work, but you’ll be confirmed as ready to work! You will also have opportunities to connect with other potential clients because you are already registered.

Complī is the industry’s most flexible and cost effective solution. If you have already paid another 3rd party provider you can opt to sign up for Complī now, or wait until your service with that provider expires. Complī will provide you with benefits and access to other potential Clients so all suppliers are encouraged to register now to increase their exposure.

This is up to you, as mentioned above, you can request to connect with other Clients within the platform to become compliant and ready to work with as many as you want.   

In most cases, unless otherwise noted in the Client Invitation email, you can choose to wait until your expiration and/or sign up now.

GETTING VERIFIED

Throughout the year, Complī will notify you in advance of any expirations and will ask you to resubmit documentation to remain certified as “Compliant.”

Your default profile will require you fill out information about your company and submit any requested documentation. Once your default profile is complete, our team will go to work and review your information. Once the default profile is approved you will be notified so you can then connect to the various clients in Complī’s network. When you connect to a client, your existing profile information will be compared against the requirements for that specific client. If there is anything missing, your profile will show what additional information is needed.

Once you’ve registered, you log into Complī and complete your default profile online.

This is largely dependent on your profile. You may need more time to collect and submit the necessary documents. Once received, Complī will review each piece of data to make sure it meets your default profile requirements and will display a compliant status if all are met. After this any missing items for a client will need to be provided and reviewed for compliance. Having a complete set of documents and information will enable everything to conclude more quickly.

Your default profile is based on the type of work you designate during registration. This profile is based on industry norms and typically covers 95% of your client’s requirements. After your default profile is completed and verified, you only need to address client requirements not covered by the default profile, saving you and everyone time. This assures that you won’t need to fill out multiple applications each time you want to connect with new clients.

Compliance status can be seen in your profile. Complī sends notifications regarding your compliance status and any deficiencies. You can also speak with your Vendor Compliance Agent at any time to review your status.

Depending upon the requirement, your Vendor Compliance Agent will be able to provide you with options.

FEES

Complī assigns a team to help you with your client’s requirements and assist you with compliance. All submitted documentation and data are reviewed and maintained in an electronic database available to you at any time. We will also reach out to you as deadlines and expiration dates approach to make sure no documents lapse, keeping you in compliance and work-ready at any moment. As part of your annual Complī membership, you have access to Complī Xchange to find and connect with additional Complī clients. Once your Complī profile is active, all clients within the Complī network will be able to find and review your vendor profile and connect with you.

Due to the need for ongoing safety and insurance verification plus changing industry standards the fee is annual and will cover your account subscription for one year from the date of your initial registration with COMPLĪ. There is a one-time startup fee for each new account. Subscription costs and one-time fees can be found here.

The subscription and setup fees allow you to set up an account with COMPLĪ. Once your account is active and your registration payment has been applied, you’ll fill out the required information in your default profile. Your COMPLĪ team then reviews each document to make sure basic requirements are being met. Once your default profile requirements are validated, your account is then enabled for connection with clients. Any unique or specific client requirements can then be addressed.

Most contractors, vendors, and vendors choose to pay via credit card. This activates your account right away. You can pay online for your COMPLĪ account. If you need help, call us 888.421.ABIS (2247), or click here. You can also complete an electronic funds transfer to COMPLĪ. The website will include instructions for all the payment methods we accept.

The renewal fee will NOT be automatically charged to your credit card. For security reasons, COMPLĪ does not keep any credit card information on file. When your registration’s expiration date is approaching, you will receive an invoice instructing to pay online, or via bank transfer. This will activate your account for another 12 months.

All Vendors are finally afforded with a platform that provides a single fixed price for access to all Clients.  In an effort to continue improving and building new features and enhancements for our valued Vendors, there will be an annual increase to the SaaS subscription.  This cost will be nominal and should not impact your business.

Yes. For an additional $100 you may choose any package and opt to split the cost over 2 semi-annual payments.

      – ACH (send direct from your bank account)
      – Apple Pay

Yes, fees are in US currency

PLANS

We offer three plans: Standard – verifies up to 20 technicians

Premium – verifies up to 100 technicians

Pro – verifies up to 200 technicians.  The plans allow you to decide how many technicians you want verified.  

These additional packages allow you to further enhance your listing inside the Complī platform.  Your company listing will be coded and flagged differently to standout to potential Clients.  Additionally, the higher number of technicians being verified will be communicated to Clients.  The Premium and Pro package allows your company to send a strong message to clients that you’re workforce is 100% verified and compliant!

Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time.
